配合比参数对高强修补砂浆性能影响研究

【摘要】 本文研究水胶比、砂胶比、可再分散乳胶粉和消泡剂掺量等配合比参数对高强修补砂浆的流动度和强度性能的影响,试验结果表明,当水胶比为0.22,砂胶比为1.0,胶粉用量为0.50%,消泡剂为0.20%时,可以获得流动性好的质量优良的高强修补砂浆,其流动度达到225mm,28d抗压强度可以达到96.7 MPa、抗折强度达到21.2MPa,拉伸粘结强度达到3.21 MPa。

【Abstract】 This paper studies the influence of water-binder ratio, sand-binder ratio, scattered powder and defoaming admixture on the fluidity and strength properties of high strength repair mortar. Test results show that: high strength repair mortar had high fluidity, and good quality when water-binder ratio was 0.22, sand-binder ratio was 1.0, the content of polymer powder and defoaming admixture were0.50%, and 0.20% respectively. Mixture fluidity is 225 mm, compressive strength 96.7 MPa, flexural strength 21.12 MPa, and tensile bonding strength of high strength repair mortar was 3.21 MPa.
