复合相变材料的制备及在沥青混凝土中调温效果
THE PREPARATION OF COMPOSITE PHASE CHANGE MATERIALS AND ITS TEMPERATURE REGULATING EFFECT IN ASPHALT CONCRETE
【摘要】 相变材料是一种新型的绿色环保潜热储能材料,把相变材料应用于沥青混凝土面层中,可以使沥青混凝土具备自调温性能,缓减路面产生的温度病害,例如高温车辙等。为了实现沥青混凝土的自调温,本文选用1:1固液石蜡作为相变材料,膨胀珍珠岩作为载体,真空吸附制备出复合相变材料,再用环氧树脂、水泥进行二次封装,并通过模拟升温试验,测定掺加0%、10%、15%复合相变材料的沥青混凝土的调温效果。结果表明,当复合相变材料的掺量达到15%时,调温效果最佳,沥青混凝土的最高温度可降低4.4℃,为解决沥青混凝土的温度病害提供了依据和思路。
【Abstract】 Phase change material is a new type of green environmental protection of latent heat storage material, and it is used in asphalt concrete pavement, which can make asphalt concrete regulate itself temperature and reduce the temperature of pavement diseases, such as high temperature rutting etc.In order to realize the self temperature control of asphalt concrete, this paper chooses 1:1 solid liquid paraffin as phase change material, expanded perlite as a carrier, vacuum adsorption to prepare composite phase change material, then using epoxy resin and cecemt for encapsulates twice,and their respective regulating temperature effect of 0%、10%、15%composite phase change material were tested by simulation temperature rise test.The results showed that when the amount of composite phase change material reached 15%, the temperature regulation effect was the best, and the maximum temperature of asphalt concrete was reduced by 4.4 degrees, which provided the basis and thought for solving the temperature disease of asphalt concrete.
