稻草纤维改性后的性质及对水泥胶砂性能影响的研究
STUDY ON THE PROPERTIES OF MODIFIED STRAW FIBER AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE PROPERTIES OF CEMENT MORTAR
【摘要】 为获得稻草纤维复合水泥基材料较好的力学性能,本文采用碱处理和碱-乳液法两种方法对稻草纤维进行改性,并通过红外光谱、扫描电镜和吸水率实验对改性前后的稻草纤维进行了表征与测试。将改性后的稻草纤维进一步应用到水泥基体中发现,掺有不同稻草纤维的水泥胶砂强度大小依次为:碱-乳液法改性稻草纤维>碱处理稻草纤维>未改性稻草纤维,经碱-乳液法改性后的稻草纤维水泥胶砂强度在养护龄期为28d时,抗折强度和抗压强度分别达到12.6MPa和53.3MPa。
【Abstract】 In order to obtain better mechanical properties of straw fiber composite cement-based materials,in this paper the straw fibers are modified by alkali treatment and alkali-emulsion treatment.And the modified fibers are analyzed by infrared spectrum(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and water absorption experiment respectively.The treated straw fibers are applied further to the cement matrix. The result shows that alkali-emulsion treatment improves the mechanical characteristics of the cement mortar composite significantly. The flexion strength and compressive strength of the composite with alkali-emulsion treated fibers reaches 12.6MPa and 53.3MPa in 28d,respectively.
