小型滚动轴承故障模拟实验台研制
Development of a Fault Simulation Test-bed for Small-size Rolling Bearing
【摘要】 作为旋转机械的关键部件之一,小型滚动轴承在实际工况中经常承受周期性的交变载荷作用,使其更容易发生故障。然而,目前对于小型滚动轴承的故障模拟及加载效果并不理想。针对这一问题,研制了一套用于研究小型滚动轴承故障特征的模拟实验台。实验台不仅能够开展小型滚动轴承不同程度、不同位置的故障模拟实验,提取变转速、变载荷情况下的故障特征,而且加载装置可以使径向载荷易控、承载均匀、运行平稳。实验结果表明,研制的实验台具有较高的可靠性和测试柔性,可为小型滚动轴承故障的准确诊断和故障特征信息库的建立提供依据,可广泛应用于教学、科研、生产及生活等领域。
【Abstract】 As one of the key components of rotating machinery,small-size rolling bearings are often subjected to periodic alternating loads in actual working conditions,which makes them more prone to failure. However,at present,the fault simulation and loading effect for small-size rolling bearings are not ideal. To overcome this problem,a test rig is presented to simulate fault signal of small-size rolling bearings. The test rig can not only carry out the fault simulation experiment of small-size rolling bearings in different degree and different position,but also can extract the fault characteristics under the condition of variable rotational speed and variable load,and the loading device can make the radial load easy to control,bearing uniformity,and operating stablity. The experiments results show that The developed test rig has high reliability and flexibility,which can provide the basis for accurate fault diagnosis and the establishment of fault characteristic information database for small-size rolling bearing,It can be widely applied in the fields of teaching,scientific research,production and life,etc.
