智能牵引变电所五防系统设计
Design of Five-protection System for Intelligent Traction Substation
【摘要】 防误闭锁系统是变电所防止误操作的重要保证。传统牵引变电所主要依靠电气闭锁结合电压继电器等防止隔离开关和电动接地刀闸的误操作,存在信息共享困难和设备间互操作不便等问题。本文依据智能牵引变电所的组网结构设计,提出智能牵引变电所基于站控层、过程层、间隔层的防误闭锁构架。
【Abstract】 The miss locking protection system is an important guarantee to protect against the miss operation of substation. The traditional traction substation mainly relies on the electrical locking combined with voltage relay for protection against the miss operation of disconnectors and motor operated earthing blades, this will induce to difficulties in information sharing and inconvenient inter-operation between equipment. On the basis of design of network grouping structure for intelligent traction substation, the paper puts forward the station control level, process level and bay level based miss locking protection structure.
