PBL—翻转课堂在“运动控制”课程教学中的应用
Application of PBL-Flipped Classroom on Motion Control Course Teaching
【摘要】 作为《华盛顿协议》的正式成员国,高质量工程技术人才培养问题亟待解决。为了克服传统教学方式难以覆盖毕业指标点的弊端,提出了一种以项目为导向(project based learning,PBL)的翻转课堂教学模式。以解决科研项目问题为目标,将任务拆解至课堂,以翻转课堂为载体,调动学生自主学习的积极性,不仅培养学生解决复杂工程问题的能力,而且提升团队合作、有效沟通能力以及终身学习的意识。
【Abstract】 As an official member of the Washington Accord,high-quality technical engineer needs to be trained urgently. In order to overcome the disadvantage that the traditional teaching methods about graduation index points,this paper proposes a project based learning(PBL) flip classroom teaching mode. In this model,the solution for research project is designed as the goal. Then,the mission is distributed to every course and the traditional teaching model is changed as flipped classroom. It results that the enthusiasm of students is mobilized. Moreover,students not only develop capacities to solve complex engineering problems,but also develop teamwork,effective communication skills and lifelong learning awareness.
