【Abstract】 In order to maintain the legal status of the party’s ruling,People’s Action Party always allows opposition parties to participate in the election of parliamentarians,retains Singapore’s original elite administrative system,and also actively absorbs the social elites to participate in political affairs. In order to attract more people to participate in political affairs,People’s Action Party select non-constituency senators and official appointment senators to participate in the congress affairs,promoting the president’s direct elections and increasing president’s actual powers,paying attention to the absorption of ethnic minorities as members of congress,establishing political organizations to absorb public opinions,reducing the restriction factors on the democratic political activities of fanglin park,building network platform of political participation for the social citizens.更多还原
