变电站托板桩设计研究

【摘要】 软土地基上的变电站为满足洪水位要求往往需要大面积回填土,从而造成地基过大沉降。托板桩是一种新兴的、经济有效的处理回填土下深厚软土地基技术,已在高速公路、高速铁路等工程中得到广泛应用。本文将托板桩技术推广应用到变电站地基处理工程中,分析了托板桩技术的适用范围,给出了桩体荷载分担比、沉降及承载力的计算方法,提出了托板桩处理填方变电站深厚软基设计方法。针对软土地区某新建变电站工程,提出了托板桩法地基处理方案,进行了沉降及承载力计算分析。本文设计计算方法及相关结论可为软土地区变电站地基处理工程提供有益参考。

【Abstract】 The substations in soft ground generally require large area backfills to meet the requirements of flood water level, resulting in excessive ground settlement. Cap-pile technique is a new, economical and effective treatment for deep soft ground under backfill, and has been widely used for embankments of expressway and high speed railway engineering. This paper promoted cap-pile technique to ground treatments in substation projects, analyzed its application scope, acquired calculation methods for pile efficacy, settlement and bearing capacity, and proposed design methods for cap-pile treatment for substations in deep soft ground under backfill. At last, cap-pile treatment schemes for a new substation in soft soil area were proposed, and settlement and bearing capacity were calculated. The design methods and relevant conclusions can provide valuable reference for substation treatment projects in soft soil area.
