【摘要】 中学教师幸福感来源于教师优势需要满足及满足水平的愉悦体验,因此教师幸福感由教师需要和满足需要水平的期望值构成。通过对访谈资料的分析整理归类,将教师的需要分为内在需要和外在需要两个维度,每个维度的需要又有满足需要的期望值的差异。提高教师幸福感,把教师职业理想的树立与实现作为提高教师幸福感的根本,把满足教师不同发展阶段的优势需要作为提高教师幸福感的重点,把调整教师期望作为提高教师幸福感的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 The euphoria of middle school teachers comes from the pleasant experience of satisfying teachers’ prepotent needs and satisfying levels.Through the analysis and classification of interview data,teachers’ needs are divided into two dimensions:internal needs and external needs,and the needs of each dimension have different expectations.To improve teachers’ sense of happiness,we should take the establishment and realization of teachers’ professional ideals as the basis,take the satisfaction of teachers’ prepotent needs at different stages of development as the focus,and take the adjustment of teachers’ expectations as the key.更多还原
