能源互联网背景下可交易能源实施的关键问题及展望
Key Problems and Prospects of Transactive Energy Implementation Under Energy Internet
【摘要】 能源互联网的建设为不同类型能量单元的无差别接入提供了技术支撑平台。在能源互联网背景下,能源市场和能源网络结构向着分散化的方向发展,具有自治开放特征的可交易能源(transactive energy,TE)概念被提出。该文首先对TE的基本概念以及其在能源互联网中的作用进行阐述;其次,从TE的分层控制体系、市场运行流程、实施效益和关键技术4个方面分析了未来能源互联网中TE的关键问题;最后,从关键技术、交易机制和实践试点3个方面提出了推动TE发展的相关建议。
【Abstract】 The construction of energy Internet provides the corresponding technical support platform for the indifference access of different types of energy units. Under the background of the energy Internet,the energy market and energy network structure develop towards the direction of decentralization. The concept of transactive energy( TE) with independent and open characteristics is proposed. This paper firstly expounds the basic concept of TE and its role in energy Internet. Secondly,this paper analyzes the key problems of TE in the future energy Internet from the aspects of TE’s hierarchical control system,market operation flow,implementation benefit analysis and key technology. Finally,this paper proposes related recommendations to promote the development of TE from three aspects of key technology,trading mechanism and practice pilot.
