国家水利风景区空间格局演变及影响机理分析

【摘要】 水利风景区在发挥工程效益、发展经济和保护生态等方面具有重要作用,揭示其空间格局演变规律及影响机理能为水利风景区的申报、管理、保护和可持续发展等方面提供科学依据。以国家水利风景区为研究对象,运用GIS空间分析法和灰色关联度分析法,研究2001-2015年间全国国家水利风景区空间格局演变规律及其影响机理。结果表明:1)在第一阶段(2001-2005年)、第二阶段(2006-2010年)和第三阶段(2011-2015年),国家水利风景区发展的重心轨迹分别为由东向西快速发展、向北协调发展和向南协调发展阶段。2)国家水利风景区主要分布在北部沿海、东部沿海、黄河中游和长江中游地区。在3个阶段中,中低密度区面积均逐渐扩大,高密度区在第二阶段面积最大,出现双核高密度区,但在第三阶段缩小,呈现单核高密度区。不同阶段的中高密度区空间分布存在重叠和互补情况。3)在3个阶段中,国家水利风景区的点群集聚数量不断增加,局部集聚程度在第二阶段最大,在第三阶段次之。从整体分布格局上看,国家水利风景区分布基本形成了东部沿海带、黄河和长江带的π形集聚形态。4)不同时间截面上,国家水利风景区影响因子的关联度差距不大,关联度在长时间序列下存在变化。交通条件和投资水平、经济发展和高禀赋资源、水资源总量分别为一、二、三级影响因素。在国家水利风景区空间格局的演变中,交通条件、投资水平、经济发展和资源禀赋分别为主要、直接、重要和相关驱动力。旅游资源的开发/利用依赖于地方交通条件和投资水平,而经济发展为地方改善交通和增加投资提供了经济环境支持。

【Abstract】 Water scenic area plays an important role in giving full play to the benefits of water project,economy development and ecology protection.Revealing its evolution pattern and influential mechanism can provide scientific basis for the declaration,management,protection and sustainable development of water scenic areas.Taking the National Water Scenic Areas as study objects,the spatial evolution pattern of the National Water Scenic Areas during 2001-2015 and its influential mechanism were examined by adopting GIS spatial analysis and grey relational grade analysis.Results show that:1)At the first stage(2001-2005),the second stage(2006-2010)and the third stage(2011-2015),the development centers of the National Water Scenic Areas were rapid development from the east to the west,coordinated development to the north and coordinated development to the south,respectively.2)The National Water Scenic Areas are mainly located in the northern coast areas,the eastern coast areas,the middle reaches of the Yellow River and the Yangtze River.At three stages,the areas with medium and low density have been gradually enlarged.The high density areas were the largest at the second stage,when dual high density core areas appeared.However,at the third stage,the high density areas were reduced,and transformed into single high density core areas.There were spatial overlaps and complementarities between medium and high density areas at different stages.3)At three stages,the number of spot clusters of the National Water Scenic Areas was increasing.The degree of local agglomeration was the largest at the second stage,followed by the third stage.For the overall distribution pattern,there emerged aπshape by the eastern coastal area,the Yellow River and the Yangtze River.4)In different time cross sections,there was little difference between correlation degrees of influencing factors of the National Water Scenic Areas.While the correlation degrees differed in long time series.Traffic condition and investment level are the first-level influential factors.Economic development and high endowment resource are the second-level influential factors,and the total amount of water resources is the third-level influential factor.During the spatial pattern evolution of the National Water Scenic Areas,traffic condition,investment level,economic development and resource endowment are main,direct,important and related driving forces,respectively.The development and utilization of tourism resource depend on local traffic conditions and investment level,and economic development provides economic support to improve local traffic and increase investment.
