PWM整流型电动汽车充电机的谐波与超高次谐波分析
Harmonic and Ultra-harmonic Analysis on Charger of PWM Rectifier Electric Vehicles
【摘要】 随着电动汽车及其充电桩的快速增加,电动汽车充电机将成为电网中一类重要的非线性负荷。新型充电机多采用单位功率因数的PWM整流器,功率因数高,但是会产生40次以上的超高次特征谐波,PWM调制死区的存在也会导致网侧电流出现低次非特征谐波。本文从理论上分析了基于PWM控制的新型充电机的谐波特性,并通过仿真和充电站的实际测试结果证实了新型充电机的谐波频谱特征。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of electric vehicle and its charging piles,the EV charger will be a kind of important nonlinear load in the power grid.New type charger mostly adopts unit power factor PWM rectifier with high power factor,but it will produce above 40th ultra characteristic harmonic and existence of dead zone of PWM modulation will also lead to low order uncharacteristic harmonics in network side.In this paper,the harmonic characteristic of new type rectifier based on PWM control is analyzed,and the spectrum characteristic is proved by simulation and test result of a charging station.electrical vehicleschargerPWM rectifierharmonic
