【摘要】 基于SOA模式创新多模型算法共存、互验的地质灾害监测预警系统及预警平台,利用地质灾害监测预警在线应用服务、综合信息管理和信息发布系统,实现地质灾害监测预警预报,解决了群测群防监测手段单一、监测精度低、预警分析难、信息更新慢等问题。成果推广应用3年来,汛期发生的9起突发性地质灾害均成功预报,成效显著。

【Abstract】 Geological disaster monitoring system and warning platform is innovated based on SOA model. The innovated system allows multi-model algorithm exists and those models can mutual test. This paper makes use of the online service,comprehensive information management,information publish system to realize the geological disaster monitoring early warning. In consideration of those situation,the problems that include monogamous monitoring means,low monitoring accuracy,hard forecast,low update rate are been solved. In the past three years,9 abrupt geological disasters have been successfully forecasted in the flood season with a good effect.
