铁心表面局部磁特性检测系统设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Detection System of Local Magnetic Property on the Surface of Iron Core
【摘要】 电机定子铁心轭部、变压器铁心T型结合部存在大量旋转磁通,旋转磁化产生的损耗大于交变损耗,准确测量铁心局部区域的旋转磁化特性是研究旋转损耗的前提和基础。该文搭建了铁心表面局部磁通密度B信号和磁场强度H信号磁特性检测系统,设计并制作了B-H矢量传感器。该传感器由一对B探针和一个高精度霍尔元件组成,其中B探针的测量精度由标准线圈测试实验进行校准。基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器编写了采集B信号和H信号的计算机程序,并以一台单相变压器铁心模型为例,测量了铁心拐角区域两个垂直方向的B信号和H信号,分析了铁心的旋转磁化特性,为进一步降低铁心损耗,实现铁心结构优化设计提供了有效的实验测试方法。
【Abstract】 There is a large number of rotating magnetic flux in the yoke of motor stator core and T-joint parts of transformer core, and the iron loss caused by rotating magnetization is greater than one from alternating magnetization. It is the foundation for studying the rotational loss that measuring the rotational magnetization characteristic on the local region of the iron core. Therefore, in this paper, the detection system of local magnetic property about magnetic flux density B signal and magnetic field intensity H signal on the surface of iron core was built up, a B-H vector sensor was designed and manufactured, which was composed of a pair of B probes and a Hall element, and its measurement accuracy was experimentally calibrated. The computer program about sensing B and H signals was compiled by means of LabVIEW virtual instrument. Taking a single-phase transformer core model as an example, B and H signals along two orthogonal directions at the corner of iron core were measured, and the rotation magnetization characteristic of the core were analyzed, which provides an effective method for reducing the core loss and optimizing the design of core structure.
