IPMSM动态电感辨识方法及转子位置估计误差补偿策略

【摘要】 在低速和零速条件下,通常采用旋转高频电压注入法来实现对内置式永磁同步电动机(IPMSM)的无传感器控制。然而d、q轴磁路之间交叉饱和效应的存在,会给IPMSM无传感器控制系统带来转子位置估计误差,并且该误差与d、q轴动态电感以及交叉饱和动态电感有关。为了克服磁路饱和与交叉饱和效应对动态电感及转子位置估计的影响,该文提出相应的分步动态电感辨识方法和转子位置估计误差补偿策略。在采用d轴高频电压注入法离线获得电感比例系数的基础上,将基于旋转高频电压注入的动态电感辨识算法应用于IPMSM无传感器控制中,可在线实现不同工作点处动态电感的辨识以及转子位置估计误差的计算与补偿。最后通过实验对该文提出的动态电感辨识方法和转子位置估计误差补偿策略的可行性和有效性进行了验证。

【Abstract】 Sensorless control of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM) can be achieved usually by using the rotating high-frequency voltage injection method at low and zero speed. However, the rotor position estimation error occurs when the cross coupling effect exists in d-axis and q-axis magnetic circuits. Moreover, the rotor position estimation error is concerned with d-axis and qaxis dynamic inductances and cross coupling dynamic inductance. To overcome impacts of the magnetic circuit saturation effect and cross coupling effect on dynamic inductances and rotor position estimation, a fractional-step identification method of dynamic inductances and a compensation strategy of the rotor position estimation error were proposed in this paper. After an inductance proportionality factor was obtained offline using a d-axis high-frequency voltage injection algorithm, a dynamic inductance identification algorithm based on rotating high-frequency voltage injection was applied to sensorless control of IPMSM, and then not only the identification of dynamic inductances but the calculation and compensation of the rotor position estimation error could be achieved online. Finally the feasibility and availability of the dynamic inductance identification method and rotor position estimation error compensation strategy were validated by experimental results.
