【Abstract】 The Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation is divided into Surgical Treatment and Non-surgical Treatment. Most patients can be relieved or cured with Non-surgical Treatment.The safety, effectiveness and convenience of Non-surgical Treatment are also widely accepted by patients and clinicians. It mainly includes bed rest, traction treatment, chiropractic treatment, drug treatment, acupuncture treatment, physical factor treatment, exercise treatment, psychological treatment and so on.
