长江经济带工业绿色发展绩效评估及其协同效应研究
Research on the Performance and the Synergistic Effect of Green Development of Yangtze River Economic Belt’s Industry
【摘要】 采用熵权-TOPSIS法评估2011—2015年长江经济带工业发展水平,采用考虑非期望产出的全局SBM模型测度2011—2015年长江经济带工业发展效率,基于耦合协调度模型分析二者的协同效应。研究发现:长江经济带工业绿色发展水平呈上升态势,整体处于全国中等靠后水平,下游、中游、上游地区呈严格梯度递减格局;长江经济带工业绿色发展效率增长偏缓,处于全国中等偏后水平,中游、下游、上游地区呈递减"凸型"分布格局;长江经济带工业绿色发展绩效协同效应显著,工业绿色发展水平和发展效率的协调度处于中高级协调阶段。进一步提升长江经济带工业绿色发展绩效,必须加大工业绿色创新投入,推动产业结构转型升级,建立绿色制造体系,推动能源结构低碳化。
【Abstract】 This paper makes a comprehensive research on the performance of the green development of the Belts industry from 2011 to 2015 by Entropy-TOPSIS method and Global SBM model,analyzes their synergistic effect by Coupling coordination model.The results suggest:The index of the green development presents an ascending trend,which is under the below-average level in China.And the lower reaches,middle reaches and upper reachesindex decreases down serially.The efficiency of the green development also shows a rising trend,which is just in the below-average position in the provincesranking.And the middle reachesefficiency is the highest,the lower reachesthe second highest,and the upper reachesthe lowest.The synergistic effect of the green development is strong.To improve the performance of the green development,we must increase the input to industrial technical innovation,promote the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure,establish green manufacturing system,quicken the low-carbonization of energy structure.
