脉冲电沉积工艺参数对结晶器铜板Ni-Al2O3复合镀层硬度的影响
Influence of Pulse Electrodeposition Parameters on the Hardness of Ni-Al2O3 Composite Coatings on Copperplate of Crystallizer
【摘要】 采用脉冲电沉积技术在结晶器铜板表面制备了Ni-Al2O3复合镀层,并研究了脉冲电沉积工艺参数对其硬度的影响。结果表明:Ni-Al2O3复合镀层的硬度随占空比的增大(20%100%)先增大后减小,随平均电流密度的增加(215A/dm2)同样是先增大后减小;在占空比70%、平均电流密度9A/dm2的条件下,获得纳米微粒的质量分数为3.76%的Ni-Al2O3复合镀层,其硬度达到最大值5.5GPa。复合镀层中纳米微粒的质量分数升高,有利于提高复合镀层的硬度。
【Abstract】 Ni-Al2O3 composite coatings were prepared on surface of copperplate of crystallizer by pulse electrodeposition,and the influence of pulse electrodeposition parameters on the hardness of composite coatings was studied.Results showed that the hardness of composite coating was increased first and then decreased with the increase of duty cycle from 20% to 100%and with the increase of average current density from 2 A/dm2 to 15 A/dm2.Ni-Al2O3 composite coating with3.76% nanoparticles was obtained when duty cycle was 70% and average current density was9 A/dm2,its hardness reached the maximum value of 5.5 GPa.Higher mass fraction of nanoparticles in composite coating can improve the hardness of composite coating.
