基于MMC桥臂电流的STATCOM不平衡补偿控制方法

【摘要】 为稳定模块化多电平静止同步补偿器(MMC-STATCOM)的综合补偿,其交流侧电流、内部环流和子模块电容电压均须加以控制。文章首先分析了MMC-STATCOM同时补偿无功和负序电流的原理;然后针对一般方法将MMC交流侧电流和环流分开控制,提出一种基于MMC桥臂电流的STATCOM不平衡补偿控制方法,以实现MMC内外特性的双重控制,减少了专门的环流抑制器,并采用准PR控制器进行MMC上、下桥臂电流的无静差跟踪,以减少控制系统的复杂程度;最后,在PSCAD/EMTDC中进行仿真验证,结果表明所提方法可以实现STATCOM综合补偿,同时能有效抑制MMC内部环流。

【Abstract】 The AC side current,the internal circulation and the sub-module capacitor voltage must be considered for the comprehensive compensation of the static synchronous compensator based on modular multi-level converter( MMC-STATCOM). Firstly,the working principle of the comprehensive compensation in modular multilevel converter based MMCSTATCOM is analyzed. Then,in allusion to the existing control methods that control the AC current and circulating current by separating each component,a STATCOM unbalanced compensation control method based on MMC bridge current is proposed,which can simultaneously control the internal and external characteristics of MMC-STATCOM without a dedicated inner circulating current controller,and the quasi-PR controller is used to realize the static tracking of the upper and lower MMC bridge current,which makes the overall control structure simple. Finally,simulation platform of MMC-STATCOM is built in PSCAD/EMTDC,the simulation results show that the proposed method can realize the comprehensive compensation of STATCOM,and also can restrain the internal circulation of MMC effectively.
