基于LabVIEW的发动机气门运动规律实验台的开发

【摘要】 为了发动机配气机构动力学的研究,应用Lab VIEW软件开发了发动机气门运动规律测试实验台。文章描述了实验台构建的理论基础、实验台的总体设计、软硬件实现及最终的实验验证。开发的测试系统集信号调理、数据采集和数据分析与管理于一体,能够根据操作者设定的采集频率,时间和通道采集实时波形,从而有效地提高系统的灵活性和精度。由于其较强的实用性,该试验台对教学及科研有一定的使用价值并且已经成功应用于本科生实践教学。

【Abstract】 In order to study dynamics of engine valve-train,the test bed of engine valve motion test was developed with Lab VIEW software. This paper describes the theoretical basis of the construction of the experimental platform,the overall design of the experimental platform,the implementation of software and hardware,and the final experimental verification.The developed test system integrates signal conditioning,data acquisition,data analysis and management,and can collect real-time waveforms according to the acquisition frequency,time and channel set by the operator,thus effectively improving the flexibility and accuracy of the system. Because of its strong practicability,the test-bed has certain application value in teaching and scientific research and has been successfully applied to undergraduate practical teaching.
