基于机会约束规划的微电网容量优化配置
Capacity optimization of micro-grid based on chance constrained programming
【摘要】 为了实现能源的高效利用,提高供电可靠性和节能环保效益。文章基于并网型微电网内新能源发电的随机性和波动性,以机会约束规划理论为工具,建立了年平均综合成本和自平衡能力为指标的多目标函数。在此基础之上,考虑微电网运行中的约束条件,利用基于蒙特卡洛模拟的NSGA-II算法,得到不同自平衡率下的年平均综合成本。再根据效用理论得到三种典型不同权重下的配置方案,选取一种方案进行多次仿真,得到不同置信水平下的年平均综合成本,为微电网研究提供有效指导。
【Abstract】 In order to achieve the high efficient use of energy,and improve power supply reliability and energy saving and environmental benefits,on the basis of the randomness and volatility of the new energy generation in the grid-connection,this paper establishes the annual average cost and self-balancing ability as the objective multi-objective function with the opportunity constraint theory as the tool. On this basis,considering the constraints of micro-grid in operation,the NSGA-II algorithm based on Monte Carlo simulation is used to obtain the annual average cost under different self-balance rates. According to the utility theory,three kinds of typical different weights are obtained,and a scheme is selected to simulate many times,thus the annual average cost under different confidence levels is obtained,which provides effective guidance for micro-grid research.
