±800kV特高压直流换流站EM避雷器工况分析及其关键技术的研究

【摘要】 金属回线避雷器(metallic return arrester,简称EM避雷器)是±800kV特高压直流换流站的关键过电压保护设备之一。在介绍了特高压直流输电系统单极金属回线运行方式的基础上,详细分析了EM避雷器的稳态应力和暂态应力,特别是最高端Y/Y换流阀侧出线发生单相接地故障时的过电压机理。深入研究两项关键技术:1)低幅值、多脉冲的冲击电流下金属氧化物电阻片的能量吸收能力及筛选方法;2)多柱并联电阻片柱分流技术。采用近似直流工程中实际波形的低幅值多脉冲的冲击电流对金属氧化物电阻片进行能量筛选和适当的多柱并联电阻片柱分流技术是实现EM避雷器安全运行的关键。

【Abstract】 Metallic return surge arrester(metallic return arrester,shortened as"EM arrester)is thekey one of over-voltage protection devices to ±800kV UHVDC converter station. The author introducedin UHVDC transmission system unipolar metallic return operation mode,on the basis of detailed analysisof the EM arrester steady state stress and transient stress,especially the most high-end Y/Y side of con-verter valve outlet mechanism of over-voltage when single-phase earth fault occurs. Further study of twokey techniques: 1)low-rising value,the impact of the multiple pulse electrical flow energy absorptionability of metal oxide resistors and screening method;2)column parallel resistors column distributiontechnology. Using approximate actual waveform in DC project low-rising value the impact of multiplepulse current of metal oxide resistors energy filter and the appropriate column parallel resistors columndistribution technology is the key to realize the safe operation of the EM arrester.
