加速贝氏体相变研究方法综述
Review on method of accelerating bainite transformation
【摘要】 贝氏体相变属于中温转变,其相变过程需要经过一段时间的孕育期和转变时间,所需时间随着钢中含碳量和其他主要合金元素如Si、Mn等含量的增加而大幅度延长。尤其是对于高碳纳米贝氏体钢,所需相变时间往往长达数十小时。长时间的等温过程严重限制了高性能贝氏体钢的工业应用。为此,研究人员着眼于加速贝氏体相变开展了大量的研究工作。本文从合金元素成分、热处理工艺调控、热变形、晶粒尺寸调控、磁场、应力场等方面出发,综述了近年来在加速贝氏体相变方面研究成果,对贝氏体相变加速工艺进行全面认识。
【Abstract】 The bainite transformation is medium transformation,which needs an incubation time and a transformation time.The whole transformation time is notably increased with increasing the content of carbon and of other main alloying element,such as Si and Mn.This is serious for high carbon nano-bainitic steel,which needs tens of hours to complete the bainite transformation.The long austempering treatment seriously restricts the application of high-performance bainite in industry.Therefore,many researchers have carried out amount of studies on the acceleration of bainite transformation.The progress on the field with an aim of a deep learning on acceleration method is reviewed in detail,which includes changing alloying element,controlling heat treatment process,introducing ausforming,regulating the grain size of parent austenite,introducing magnetic field and stress field.
