【摘要】 自2015年亚投行成立之初,中国曾力邀日本加入,但被明确拒绝。近期随着局势变化,日本对加入"一带一路"倡议表达了善意,但对加入亚投行依然没有太大变化。历史上美日两国围绕ADB和AMF曾展开过一系列博弈,这和今天围绕AIIB中美日三国所展开的博弈既相似又有所不同。中日两国在理念、认知、意愿等方面都存在差异,如何打破僵局,找准突破点,推动日本加入亚投行,在当下阶段更显必要和紧迫。更多还原

【Abstract】 Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank has given initial results since its establishment.China invited Japan at the beginning of establishment in 2015,which ended up with a clear rejection.Japan shows interests for "The Belt and Road" initiative along with the changes of situation,although their attitude to AIIB still stays negative.There have been a series of gambling between Japan and the US about ADB and AMF,which were similar but different from today’s gambling among China,Japan and the US about AIIB.There are differences in idea,acknowledge,intention and other aspects between China and Japan,so it is necessary and urgent to fi nd a way to break the ice through the correct breakthrough point,so as to facilitate Japan to join AIIB.更多还原
