多金属氧酸盐/PANI/ZnO复合材料的制备、表征及光催化性能

【摘要】 通过静电自组装法制备了K8[Cu(H2O)NiW11O39]/PANI/ZnO复合材料.采用红外光谱(FTIR)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、低温N2物理吸附-脱附(BET)、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)对其进行了表征.考察了条件因素对孔雀石绿(MG)溶液降解的影响.结果表明,在溶液初始pH=2、MG溶液初始质量浓度为20mg/L、催化剂用量为15mg时,催化剂的光催化活性最好,在100min内,MG的降解率可达到98.8%,该复合材料比未复合之前表现出明显增强的光催化性能;催化剂经3次重复实验,降解率仍在90%以上,说明其具有良好的稳定性和重复使用性.

【Abstract】 The K8[Cu(H2 O)NiW11 O39]/PANI/ZnO composite was prepared by electrostatic selfassembly method and characterized by FTIR,UV-vis,XRD,BET and SEM.The effect of conditions on the degradation of malachite green solution was investigated.The results showed that the photocatalytic activity of the catalyst was the best when the initial pH of the solution is 2,the concentration of the malachite green solution is 20 mg/L and the amount of catalyst is 15 mg.The degradation efficiency of malachite green reached 98.8% within 100 min.Compared with the precomposite,K8[Cu(H2 O)NiW11 O39 ]/PANI/ZnO showed significantly enhanced photocatalytic performance.The catalyst after three cycles of experiments,the degradation efficiency can still reach more than 90%,indicating that it has good stability and reusability.
