基于离散元法的振动筛的筛分效率研究
The study of vibrating screen efficiency based on discrete element method
【摘要】 针对双层直线振动筛筛分工况对物料运动规律的影响不明,导致筛分机工作效率低,筛分耗时长,筛分质量差等问题,采用离散元法模拟了不同粒级颗粒在不同振幅、振动方向角、筛面倾角条件下的筛分过程.结果表明:颗粒运动速度随着振幅和筛面倾角的增大而加快.振幅越小,越有利于小颗粒筛分;当A=4mm,α=30°,β=16°时,各粒级颗粒同时达到较高筛分效率.
【Abstract】 For the influence of screening conditions of double-deck linear vibrating screen on motion regularity of the material is indefinite,which leads to problems of low screening efficiency,poor screening quality and time-consuming of double-deck linear vibrating screen machine,authors simulated the screening process of different granularities of particles with varied amplitude,excitation angle and mesh slope based on DEM.The results showed that,particle velocity speed up with the increase of amplitude and mesh slope.It is benefit for screening of small particles with lower amplitude.Different granularities of particles achieve higher screening efficiency with A=4 mm,α=30°,β=16°.It is stable that the sort of efficiency of different granularities of particles under different parameters.
