栽培条件下乌腺金丝桃生长与发育节律

【摘要】 通过对栽培乌腺金丝桃(Hypericum attenuatum Choisy)进行形态与发育节律观测,并建立Verhaulst生长模型,研究了药用植物乌腺金丝桃栽培条件下的生长发育节律.结果表明:乌腺金丝桃株高在7月上旬达到峰值,平均为63cm;叶数也是在7月上旬达到最多;分枝出现在5月上旬,数量在7月上旬达到峰值;始花期在6月中旬,盛花期在7月初.株高、叶对数和分枝变化的Verhaulst模型分别为:H=73.902/(1+6.526×e-0.051(t-10)),L=27.11/(1+2.48×e-0.021(t-10)),B=19.922/(1+5.037×e-0.066(t-30)).

【Abstract】 In order to understand the rhythm of growth and development under cultivation condition.Observe the morphological and development rhythm of Hypericum attenuatum Choisy by field measurement,and establish mathematical model of growth.The results showed that the height and leaf number of H.attenuatum Choisy reached the peak in early July,the height was 63 cm;and the branches appeared in early May and the quantity peak appeared in early July;the flowers appeared in mid-June.The Verhaulst model of plant height,leaf number and branch change:H =73.902/(1+6.526×e-0.051(t-10)),L=27.11/(1+2.48×e-0.021(t-10)),B=19.922/(1+5.037×e-0.066(t-30)).
