【摘要】 高校信息化建设对促进高等教育变革、提高高等教育质量及提升国家综合竞争力具有重要作用和深远意义。为了更好地促进我国高校信息化建设,本文通过对美国、英国、日本及我国高校信息化建设现状对比分析,发现我国高校信息化建设存在着整体氛围不够浓厚、规划暴露短板、忽视信息化素养的培养及创新驱动态势不强等问题。借鉴美国、英国及日本先进的经验,具有针对性地提出了建议和对策:树立先进理念,做好宣传,打造浓厚的信息化氛围,制定与国家战略相配套的详细规划,加强教职工信息化素养培养与团队建设,加强技术支持和创新管理与服务,旨在对我国目前及今后高校信息化建设起到一定的参考作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The informationization construction of colleges and universities plays a significant and far-reaching role in promoting the reform of higher education,improving the quality of higher education and enhancing the country’s overall competitiveness.Compared with the United States,Britain,and Japan,China’s university informationization construction started relatively late.For the purpose of better pushing forward the informationization construction in the universities of China,this paper performs comparison analysis in status quo of informationization constructions in universities of the United States,the United Kingdom,Japan and China,which finds that the informationization construction of colleges and universities in China incorporates a series of issues such as lacking intense informationization construction environment in general,vulnerable planning on the development of construction,the neglect of the cultivation of information literacy and lacking of motivation on innovation,etc.In this way,this paper takes advantage of the advanced experience of the United States,the United Kingdom and Japan,puts forward specific suggestions and countermeasures.For instance,the universities could establish advanced concepts,spare no efforts to propaganda to create an intense and vibrant information construction environment,develop complete and detailed plans which are conforming to national strategies,strengthen the information literacy education on staff and team building,reinforce technical support and invocation management services,for all these measures aiming at taking reference actions on the informationization construction of universities in our country from now on.更多还原
