【摘要】 各级综合档案馆加大信息化建设满足异地查档需求,各个省级行政区分别建立本区的跨馆联动查档机制、建立跨馆联动查档工作的协调机制和在线认证系统是实现长三角地区跨馆联动查档机制建立的前提条件。亟待推进跨馆联动查档、民生档案专题数据库建设,促进江苏省民生档案信息服务的发展,分步推进跨区、跨馆服务进程,拓宽服务范围,加强民生档案服务平台建设,逐步健全全省范围的民生档案资源利用体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Integrative archives should strengthen information construction to meet the needs of archival search in different places,establish cross-archives service mechanism in each provincial administrative region,and establish coordination mechanism and online certification system for inter-library linkage archival search work in the Yangtze River Delta region as the precondition for the establishment of inter-library linkage archival search mechanism in the Yangtze River Delta region. However, archives in Jiangsu Province have not achieved cross-archives service mechanism,the construction of thematic databases of livelihood archives needs to be promoted urgently,and the system of livelihood archives resources has not been perfected. Therefore,for the development of livelihood archives information service in Jiangsu Province,we should step by step promote the cross-regional and cross-library service process,broaden the scope of service and strengthen it. The construction of special databases and service platforms for livelihood archives will gradually improve the utilization system of livelihood archives resources throughout the province.更多还原
