【摘要】 面对日益复杂的社会与自然环境,企业档案管理面临的风险种类与数量与日俱增。尽管当前企业档案部门已有的文本应急预案对突发事件的应对有一定作用,但是存在信息化程度低、可操作性较差等问题,难以满足新形势下企业档案应急管理要求。论文提出企业档案的可视化应急预案的建设构想,初步探讨企业档案可视化应急预案系统的技术支撑、主要内容、功能及其实现,以期提升企业档案部门的应急管理能力,最大限度避免档案突发灾害给企业带来的损失。更多还原

【Abstract】 The types and quantities of risks faced by enterprise archives management are increasing day by day accompanied by the increasingly complex social and natural environment. Although the text emergency plan plays a role to response to the unexpected events, they are difficult to meet the requirements of emergency management of enterprise because of the problems of low level of informatization, poor operability and etc. This paper puts forward the conception of visual emergency plan of enterprise archives, and discusses the main contents, function, and technology support of the visual emergency plan system of enterprise archives so that the emergency management capability of archives department of enterprises are improved and the loss of the unexpected archive events to the enterprises is reduced.更多还原
