NCM对钛酸锂负极锂离子电池性能的影响
Effect of NCM on the performance of Li4Ti5O12 anode Li-ion battery
【摘要】 在构建锰酸锂(Li Mn2O4)/钛酸锂(Li4Ti5O12)电池体系的基础上,分析镍钴锰酸锂(Li Ni0. 5Co0. 2Mn0. 3O2,NCM)添加量对Li Mn2O4/Li4Ti5O12电池电化学性能的影响。NCM的加入可提高电池的容量与倍率性能,当添加量达到50%时,软包装电池以10. 00 C在1. 6~2. 8 V充放电的容量为1. 00 C时的76. 2%。加入过多的NCM会加速电池寿命衰减,不利于降低电池成本。当NCM添加量为10%时,软包装电池以3. 00 C循环2 500次的容量保持率为95. 4%,方形电池(容量为60 Ah,内阻小于0. 4 mΩ,尺寸为79 mm×56 mm×220 mm)以2. 00 C循环3 359次的容量保持率为94. 1%,高低温特性优异。
【Abstract】 Based on lithium manganese oxide( LiMn2O4)/lithium titanate( Li4Ti5O12) batteries,the effects of adding amount of Li Ni0. 5Co0. 2Mn0. 3O2( NCM) on electrochemical performance of LiMn2O4/Li4Ti5O12 batteries were analyzed. The adding of NCM could improve the capacitance and rate capability of the battery. When the adding amount reached 50%,the soft pack battery exhibited 76. 2% capacitance retention at 10. 00 C in 1. 6-2. 8 V. The over-adding of NCM would accelerate the decay of battery life and not reduce battery cost. Once the adding amount reached 10%,the capacitance retention of soft pack battery was 95. 4% at3. 00 C after 2 500 cycles and cube battery( the capacity was 60 Ah,the internal resistance was less than 0. 4 mΩ,the size was79 mm × 56 mm × 220 mm) was 94. 1% at 2. 00 C after 3 359 cycles. The high-low temperature performance was excellent.
