【摘要】 多元主体的参与为改善我国村庄公共品供给匮乏的现状带来了契机。然而在缺乏有效的合作机制下,村庄公共品供给效率的改善将受到制约。因此,政府应与农民创业者建立替代型合作关系,增加村庄公共品的供给数量;形成互补型的合作关系,改善村庄公共品的供给结构。上述合作关系实现的具体路径为:政府主导供给,农民创业者配合供给;政府主导供给,逐步激发农民创业者参与热情;农民创业者主导供给,政府予以政策鼓励。更多还原

【Abstract】 The multi-supplier system provides a valuable opportunity to deal with the shortage of village public good supply in our country. However, the supply efficiency of village public goods would be restricted if there was no effective cooperation mechanism constructed between different suppliers. Therefore, the alternative type cooperation should be established between government and farmer entrepreneurs, so that the quantity of village public goods supply can be increased; the complementary type cooperation should be formed, then the construction of village public goods supply can be improved. The specific paths to form the cooperative relationships are as follows: the government leads supply and farmer entrepreneurs cooperate with government; the government leads supply and then arouses the enthusiasm of farmer entrepreneur to participate; farmer entrepreneur supply and the government make policies to encourage them.更多还原
