【摘要】 目的探讨疏肝补肾中药配方对肝肾组织受损伤的乳腺增生大鼠的治疗效果。方法 SD大鼠30只,分为正常组5只,予生理盐水肌肉注射30 d;模型组25只,制成乳腺增生模型,取其中10只通过肌肉注射四氯化碳制作肝肾功能受损的乳腺增生大鼠病理模型。给予不同剂量的疏肝补肾中药汤代水喂养5 d后,观察各组大鼠乳腺形态、活动度、肝肾组织切片,测定各组血清丙二醛(MDA)值。结果灌服中药后,乳腺增生大鼠躁动明显减少,乳腺增生情况有改善;组织切片显示肝肾组织损伤恢复;血清MDA值较用药前下降(P<0.05)。结论疏肝补肾中药配方能有效治疗大鼠肝肾功能损伤,改善乳腺增生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to discuss the treatment effect of the liver-smoothing and kidney-reinforcing Chinese medicine prescription on treating mammary glands hyperplastic rats with impaired liver and kidney tissue.Methods 30 SD rats were divided to normal group and model group. The 5 rats in normal group were injected by normal saline for 30 d. 25 rats in model group were made into the model of mammary gland proliferation while 10 among them were made into pathological model of hyperplasia of mammary gland in rats with impaired liver and kidney function by CCl₄ intramuscular injection. After 5 days’ feeding with different dosage of liver-soothing and kidney-reinforcing Chinese medicine decoction,liver and kidney tissue sections with morphological activity degree of mammary gland were observed and serum malondialdehyde（ MDA） values in each group were determined.Results After given the Chinese medicine decoction,mammary gland hyperplastic rats markedly reduced restlessness while the hyperplasia of mammary gland was improved; tissue sections showed liver and kidney injury was recovered; serum MDA value was lower than that before medication（ P<0.05）. Conclusion The liver-smoothing and kidney-reinforcing Chinese medicine prescription can effectively treat rats with impaired liver and kidney and their hyperplasia of mammary glands can be improved.更多还原
