【摘要】 目的探讨当归饮子治疗特应性皮炎的疗效分析及对患者免疫功能调节作用研究。方法采用病例对照研究的方法对我院收治的100例特应性皮炎患者进行临床观察。将患者病例按随机数字表分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组进行常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上运用当归饮子进行治疗。治疗结束后,计算并比较2组临床总有效率,观察2组患者的皮肤干燥程度、皮损程度及皮肤瘙痒程度,并对其进行症状评分,对2组细胞因子水平变化及生活质量评分。结果 2组患者经过治疗后,观察组临床总有效率为82.00%,优于对照组的70.00%(P <0.05);2组患者皮肤干燥程度、皮损程度及皮肤瘙痒程度治疗后均有所改善(P <0.05),观察组改善程度更为明显(P <0.05);2组患者经过治疗后细胞因子水平IL-6及TNF-α水平指标均有所变化,IL-6降低,TNF-α升高,且观察组效果更加明显(P <0.05);与对照组患者生活质量评分比较,观察组增加明显(P <0.05)。结论当归饮子具有养血润燥、祛风止痒的作用,对特应性皮炎患者疗效显著,可以有效调节患者的免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of Danggui Yinzi in the treatment of atopic dermatitis and its role in the regulation of immune function. Methods A case-control study was performed on 100 patients with atopic dermatitis in our hospital. The patients were allocated according to a random number table. There were 50 patients in the experimental group and 50 in the control group. The control group received conventional western medicineand the experimental group was treated with Danggui Yinzi on the basis of the treatment of the control group. After treatment, the total effective rate was calculated and compared between the two groups. The degree of skin dryness, skin lesionsand pruritus were observed in the two groups. The symptoms and the cytokine levels and quality of life were scored in both groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate(82.00%) in the experimental group was better than that(70.00%) in the control group(P < 0.05). The degree of skin dryness, skin lesions and pruritus were improved in both groups(P < 0.05), especially in the experimental group. The levels of cytokines IL-6 and TNF-α were changed after treatment in both groups. The decrease of IL-6 and the increase of INF-r were more significant in the experimental group than in the experimental group(P < 0.05). The quality of life score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Danggui Yinzi has a significant effect on patients with atopic dermatitis and can effectively regulate the immune function of patients.更多还原
