【Abstract】 In acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion experiments, homemade rats non-invasive intubation can avoid neck surgery and injury of trauma intubation of for rats, simplify thesurgical procedures, reduce the diffi culty of operation, and improve the success rate of the model and animal survival. Change the photographic method of myocardial staining to improve photo clarity and acuuracy. Use BI-2000 image analysis system measures the myocardial infarct size, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the experimental results. Through improving and perfecting the experimental operation method, lay the foundation for the successful development of relevant experimental teaching and scientific research.更多还原
