【Abstract】 Sangju Yin in Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases can be treated with spasm which taking freezing neck and back, twitching limbs, lockjaw and opisthotonos for main symptoms of four types of spasm including wind-warm spasm,warm-heat spasm, summer spasm, dryness spasm. All above spasm has heat in weifen and cough syndrome. Using Sangju Yin to treat wind-warm spasm and warm-heat spasm reflects the "gold prison wood prosperous" theory in the science of seasonal febrile diseases. When treating summer spasm with less heat but cough, it pays attention to both disease and prevention. Using pungent-cool and mellow drugs is the emphasis of treating dryness spasm.
