【摘要】 目的观察泻血疗法治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法选取2014年3月-2016年12月就诊本院门诊及住院的60例偏头痛患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组及对照组,观察组30例用三棱针泻血治疗,对照组30例用正天丸治疗,观察临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.67%,明显高于对照组86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泻血疗法治疗偏头痛,能改善头面部血液循环,活血化瘀、通络止痛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of migraine with purging blood therapy.Methods 60 cases of migraine patients who were hospitalized in our hospital in March 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects.The observation group was randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.30 cases of the observation group were treated with prismatic acupuncture and diarrhea.In the control group,30 cases were treated with Zheng Tian pill,and the clinical effect was observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of purging blood therapy can improve blood circulation in the head and face,promote blood circulation and dissipate blood stasis and relieve pain in collaterals.更多还原
