微波辅助下无患子果皮中总黄酮提取条件的优化

【摘要】 目的探究无患子果皮中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺.方法通过单因素试验和正交试验,探讨影响微波辅助提取无患子果皮中总黄酮的优化工艺条件.结果无患子果皮中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:微波功率20W、乙醇浓度80%、固液比1g:15ml、微波时间35S,其中四个因数对黄酮提取率影响的主次顺序为:乙醇浓度>固液比>微波功率>微波时间.结论采取微波辅助提取法提取无患子中黄酮类化合物高达13.78%,是有效的方法.

【Abstract】 Objective To delve the bestextraction process of flavonoids frompericarps of Sapindusmukorossi.Methods Through orthogonal and experimental design and complete randomized design,the optimum technology condition which can affect microwave-assisted flavone extraction from pericarps of Sapindusmukoross isdiscussed. Results The best extraction process of flavone from pericarps of Sapindusmukorossi were found to be: microwave power of 20 W,ethanol concentration of 80%,solid-liquid ratio of 1 g ∶ 15 ml,the length of microwave time of 35 s. Among them,the main order of the influence of four factors on the extraction rate of flavonoids is as follows: ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,microwave power,microwave time. Conclusion is effective to extract flavonoids from Sapindusmukorxssi bya microwave-assisted method and the result isup to 13. 78 percent.
