面向制造过程的多生产难题精益改善规划

【摘要】 对生产难题相关性分析的基础上提出难题簇的概念,并基于聚类思想及多属性模糊群决策理论对难题进行规划.首先采用自组织映射算法对企业当前价值流中难题进行聚类分析,从而得到难题簇;然后基于模糊VIKOR群决策算法对难题簇中难题进行排序,重要度最高的作为簇中心优先进行改善,对不同难题簇中重要度最高的难题进行并行精益改善;最后将所提出的企业难题规划方法应用于某装配型企业的精益改善过程.研究结果表明,该方法能够实现企业制造过程中的多难题规划,具有较好的应用价值.

【Abstract】 There are many complex production problems for the enterprises in the manufacturing process.Whether there are any correlations between these problems,or different problems can be dealt with concurrent lean improvement and how to plan the problem solving have always plagued enterprises.Based on the problem correlation analysis,this paper proposes the concept of problem cluster,and plans the problems on basis of cluster thought and multi-criteria fuzzy group decision theory.Firstly,the self-organizing mapping algorithm(SOM)is proposed to cluster and analyze the problems in the current value stream of the enterprise,to obtain the problem clusters;Then,based on the fuzzy VIKOR group decision method,the problems in the problem clusters are sorted.The problem of highest importance is improved preferentially as the cluster center.The problems of highest importance in different problem clusters are solved with concurrent lean improvement.Finally,the proposed enterprise problem planning method is applied to the lean continuous improvement process of a certain assembly enterprise.The result shows that the method has good application value as it can realize multi-question planning in the manufacturing process of the enterprise.
