高温镍基合金冷却孔电解加工的正交试验

【摘要】 针对高温镍基合金Inconel718冷却孔电解加工,设计了正交试验,通过研究电解电压、电解电流、电源脉冲频率、脉冲电源占空比、初始加工间隙和电极进给速度等参数对冷却孔的入口圆度、正侧面间隙和锥度的影响,得到了高温镍基合金电解打孔的最优参量组合.对试验结果分析可知:电源脉冲频率对入口圆度影响显著;电解电流和脉冲电源占空比对正侧面间隙和锥度均起主要作用.冷却孔电解加工最佳参量组合为:电解电流4.0A、电解电压10V、电源脉冲频率9kHz、脉冲电源占空比30%、电极进给速度13μm/s、初始加工间隙45μm.采用最佳参量组合加工冷却孔的圆度较好、锥度较小.

【Abstract】 For the high temperature nickel-based alloy Inconel718 cooling hole electrolytic processing,orthogonal test was designed to study the cooling hole by studying parameters such as electrolysis voltage,electrolysis current,power pulse frequency,pulse voltage duty cycle,initial machining gap and electrode feed speed.The influence of inlet circularity,positive side clearance and taper results in the optimal parameter combination of high-temperature nickel-based alloy electrolysis drilling.The analysis of the test results shows that the power pulse frequency has a significant influence on the inlet circularity;the electrolysis current and the pulse power supply account for The air ratio plays a major role in both the positive side clearance and the taper.The optimal parameter combination for cooling hole electrolysis machining is:electrolysis current 4.0 A,electrolysis voltage 10 V,power pulse frequency 9kHz,pulse power supply duty cycle 30%,electrode feed rate 13μm/s,initial machining gap 45μm.The cooling holes are processed with the best parameters and the roundness is better and the taper is smaller.
