基于单片机的道旁轨距面润滑控制系统设计

【摘要】 在研究道旁轨距面润滑装置工作原理的基础上,针对其控制系统无法灵活调节润滑剂量、功耗大等问题,设计了一种以STM32单片机和电机驱动芯片为核心的道旁轨距面润滑控制系统.在该控制系统中,利用RS232总线进行通讯,由STM32单片机实现数据采集、处理和上传.STM32单片机具有丰富的IO、PWM和AD等接口,可以感知外部环境并控制电机运动.该控制系统通过调节运行参数,实现对润滑剂量的灵活调节,同时在没有列车通过时输出关闭机械传送机构电源的控制指令,以降低自身功耗.

【Abstract】 A road-side rail surface lubricating control system is designed with STM32 microcomputer and motor driver as its core parts and on the basis of further investigation on the operating principle of road side rail surface lubricating device to solve the problem that the lubricant is not able to be flexibly adjusted via control system and the device is of high power consumption.The RS232 is used for the communication of the control system.STM32,redundant IO,PWM and AD ports,is adopted for data collection,processing and uploading,and it is able to sense the external environment and control the motor.Therefore,the designed control system is able to adjust the system operating parameters,flexibly change the dose of lubricant,and give a command to shut down the transmission mechanism when no train is passing so as to reduce the power consumption.
