西北高寒牧区不同湖羊杂交组合后代生长模型分析

【摘要】 本研究测定了在高寒地区舍饲条件下杜泊羊♂×湖羊♀(杜湖)、澳洲白羊♂×湖羊♀(澳湖)和特克塞尔羊♂×湖羊♀(特湖)3种不同杂交组合F1代羔羊早期生长性能,采用Gompertz模型和Logistic模型拟合了3种杂交组合F1代羔羊的早期生长过程,比较分析了3组杂交羔羊的生长观测值和模型估计值,进而评估其杂种优势。结果表明,两种模型拟合度(R2)都在0.980以上,Gompertz模型对生长拟合效果优于Logistic模型。杜湖和澳湖F1代的拐点日龄和拐点体重小于特湖组;杜湖F1、澳湖F11~3月龄公、母羔的累积生长极显著大于特湖F1公、母羔(P<0.01);特湖F1代从5月龄开始,公、母羔累积生长显著高于杜湖、澳湖F1代公、母羔(P<0.05),特湖F1代杂种优势显著。本研究通过分析不同公羊与湖羊杂交一代体重增长规律,为湖羊杂交一代在西北高寒牧区的科学饲养提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 In this study,the sheep body weights of F1 lambs of Dorper♂×Hu♀(DH),Australian white♂×Hu♀(AH),and Texel♂×Hu♀(TH)were measured at the early stage under dry-lot feeding conditions in a high-altitude and cold region,and then the Gompertz and Logistic models were used to match their early growth process.Meanwhile,the observed values of growth and values estimated by models were analyzed to evaluate the hybrid vigor.The results showed that the fitness of two models reached more than 0.980,and the fitting effects of the Gompertz model in three hybrids were better than those of the Logistic model.The age of the growth inflection point and the inflection point weight of DH F1 lambs and AH F1 lambs were earlier and smaller,respectively,than those of TH F1 lambs.The cumulative growth from 1 to 3 months of DH F1 lambs and AH F1 lambs was significantly greater(P<0.01)than that of TH F1 lambs,but after 5 months of age,the cumulative growth of TH F1 lambs was significantly greater(P<0.05)than that of DH F1 lambs and AH F1 lambs,indicating that TH F1 lambs had greater hybrid vigor than the other hybrid lambs did.
