涡轮增压器压气机机油密封能力试验及应用
Turbocharger Compressor Oil Seal Test and Application
【摘要】 随着现代发动机技术的发展,涡轮增压器已经广泛运用于各类发动机上。压气机端的封油性能一直是涡轮增压器生产厂家和主机厂所重视的问题。为此,提出一种检验涡轮增压器压气机端机油密封能力的试验方法,并通过此方法研究增压器压气机端的机油密封能力极限,以使增压器在与发动机匹配过程中能有效避开导致这些漏油的运行区域。
【Abstract】 With the development of model diesel engine,turbocharger has been widely used for all kinds of diesel engines. The oil leak at compressor end has always been treated as a critical problem by both turbocharger manufacturers and OEMs. This paper presents a test method to investigate the limitation of oil leak at compressor of a turbocharger,thus to avoid turbocharger being run at operating area where oil leak is likely to happen.
