政府购买气象服务的实践探索——以南昌市为例

【Abstract】 The practice of Nanchang government in purchasing meteorological services showed that their practice met the diversified meteorological service needs and promoted the system establishment for the government’s purchase of meteorological service. At the same time, there are some problems found, such as the scope of government procurement to be expended, limited coverage and weak ability of the social organizations to undertake the job. It is necessary to have a "top-level design" of the system for the government to purchase meteorological services, reasonably define the scope of the purchase, so as to improve the relating evaluation mechanism, the ability of social organizations to undertake services.更多还原
