渡槽支承系统竹质结构模型设计与制作
【摘要】 以第一届河北省大学生结构设计竞赛为背景,介绍了参赛作品的设计与制作全过程,该作品采用了有限元软件进行验算与分析,并且最终加载成功。本次结构设计竞赛以制作渡槽支承系统结构为目标,除了要求结构具有足够强的承载力以外,还需要具有较高的输水效率,并且对竹材的用量也有严格的要求,模型的制作难度非常大。文章的设计思路和模型的制作方法对结构设计竞赛具有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 With the background of the first college students’ structural design competition in Hebei Province, this paper introduces the whole process of the design and production of the entries, which is checked and analyzed using the finite element software,and is finally loaded successfully. The aim of this structural design competition is to make the aqueduct supporting system structure,which not only requires the structure to have strong bearing capacity, but also needs to have a high efficiency of water conveyance,and it also has strict requirements on the amount of bamboo timber used. The making of the model is very difficult. The design idea and the model making method of the paper can provide reference for the structure design competition.
