【Abstract】 After the electromagnetic wave radiation has become the noise pollution, another kind of physical pollution, especially the base station radiation, causes the populace to be appalled. What factors affect and restrict the electromagnetic radiation intensity of base station deserves to be deeply studied and discussed.
