关于食品微生物检测问题的分析

【摘要】 当前随着我国经济的发展与社会的进步,人们的物质生活水平也随之提高,食品安全问题已经成为当前社会发展过程中关乎到国计民生的重要问题。人们对食品安全问题的重视也对当前的食品质量检测工作提出了新的要求,提高食品微生物检测质量是保障食品安全的重要工作之一。但是食品微生物检验中所面对的食品种类繁多复杂,检验工作存在着客观上的困难,国家制定的检测标准方法已经无法很好地适应当前的实际检测需求,在这一背景下,必须要提高检测技术的创新突破,完善检测质量监督管理体系,从而为人民的食品健康保驾护航。更多还原

People attach importance to food safety and put forward new requirements for the current food quality testing.Improving the quality of food microbial detection is one of the important work to ensure food safety. However, there are many kinds of food in the food microbial testing, and there are some difficulties in the inspection work. The national standard method has not been able to adapt to the current actual testing needs.
