基于CDIO模式下的理工科创新创业实践研究
Research on Engineering Practice Innovation based on TRIZ Innovation Method
【摘要】 在工程专业人才培养上,如何解决创新能力的培养,将TRIZ创新方法融入在专业培养的各个环节上,开展课外课堂,建立创新训练营模式,开展"课—项—赛"一体化的创新模式培养,有成果,有模式创新培养,同时在课外建立的了面向创新爱好的学生创新社团,也是一种补充,将创新理论创新方法融入了CDIO模式的工程认证、新工科建设的进程中,这些方案都对工程专业创新人才培养搭建了很好的模式。
【Abstract】 How to solve the problem of cultivating students’ innovative ability in the cultivation of engineering professionals. Integrate the TRIZ innovation method into all aspects of engineering professional training. Establish innovative models inside and outside the classroom, establish an innovative training camp model, and develop an innovative model of "class-item-match" integration. These models will produce results. The establishment of a student innovation community for innovation hobbies is also a complement. Combining innovative theoretical innovation methods with CDIO model engineering certification and new engineering construction, these programs are of great help to the engineering professional innovation personnel training.
