【摘要】 轻型颅脑创伤是颅脑创伤中最常见的类型。相对于重型颅脑创伤,急性轻型颅脑创伤患者早期临床表现轻微,常常得不到重视,而患者继发出现头痛、头晕、记忆力减退、听力下降、失眠等颅脑创伤后综合征,给患者带来较多的伤害及困扰。随着对颅脑创伤后综合征的逐渐重视和检查技术特别是影像技术的进步,轻型颅脑创伤所致脑损伤的检出率明显提高。本文通过总结影像诊断技术的新进展,结合笔者的初步研究,探讨轻型颅脑创伤后脑损伤的早期诊断,使其诊断及治疗更加精准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mild traumatic brain injury is the most common type of traumatic brain injury. Compared with severe traumatic brain injury,the early clinical manifestations of patients with acute mild traumatic brain injury are slight and often ignored,while patients are secondary to persistent concussive syndrome such as headache,dizziness,memory loss,hearing loss,and insomnia,bringing more damage and distress to the patients. The increasing attention to persistent concussive syndrome and the progress of examination technology,especially imaging technology,the detection rate of brain injury caused by mild traumatic brain injury is significantly increased. By summarizing the new development of imaging diagnostic technology and combining with our preliminary study,this paper explores the early diagnosis methods of brain injury after mild traumatic brain injury to make its diagnosis and treatment more accurate.更多还原
