微波介质陶瓷制备技术研究进展
Research Progress in the Preparation Technology of Microwave Dielectric Ceramics
【摘要】 详述了近年来微波介质陶瓷制备技术的研究进展,总结了微波介质陶瓷在粉末制备与烧结技术方面的主要方法,介绍了不同的粉末制备与陶瓷烧结技术对微波陶瓷介电性能的影响,最后指出微波介质陶瓷制备技术目前存在的问题及今后的进展方向。
【Abstract】 The research progress in the preparation of microwave dielectric ceramics in recent years is described in detail. The main methods of microwave dielectric ceramics in powder preparation and sintering are summarized. The influence of different powder preparation and ceramic sintering technology on dielectric properties of microwave ceramics is introduced. At last, the problems of microwave dielectric ceramics and the direction of future progress are pointed out at the end of the paper.
